HR EXECUTIVE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand and fulfill manpower requirements. • Handle candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling of interviews. Maintain and update recruitment databases, records, and reports.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably within the Electronics industry.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and other online recruitment channels.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office packages.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines.

ASSISTANT MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES
Are you passionate about people, culture, and organizational growth? Join our dynamic HR team as an Assistant Manager – HR and play a key role in shaping our workplace culture and driving performance excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Oversee HR operations, employee records, and documentation.
- Support Absent Management, and Attendance Processing for payroll.
- Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievance management.
- Coordinate performance management and appraisal cycles.
- Identify and manage training and development initiatives.
- Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, EPF/ETF, and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of HR experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
