HR EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

• Coordinate with department heads to understand and fulfill manpower requirements. • Handle candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling of interviews. Maintain and update recruitment databases, records, and reports.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably within the Electronics industry.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and other online recruitment channels.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office packages.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines.

  • Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievance management.
  • Coordinate performance management and appraisal cycles.
  • Identify and manage training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, EPF/ETF, and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of HR experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
